大家好，最近打算申请入籍，有两个问题想，不是很明白，想咨询下各位：
- 我之前开车有超速（40mile ，开到45 mile，警察局offer了上National speed awareness course， 没有上庭，罚款或扣分，请问这个需要declare吗？
2.Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 (or, if the applicant is married to or in civil partnership to a British citizen, 3) years before the date of the application
• Your passports OR say why you are unable to provide one on page 24 and supply
• Letters from employers, educational establishments or other Government Departments indicating the applicant’s presence in the United Kingdom during the relevant period
这个是需要提供最近五年的公司的reference letter吗？还是只用提供passport就够了？
