我朋友老公是英国籍，申请她老婆过来两年了，现在是在办理续签三年，准备材料时律师说如果在这半年报税的地方更换了，有可能会影响他的签证，有拒签的可能性，而且必须提供前一年的报税单，请问是否是这样？但是他之前报税肯定没有近半年报的高呀。这该怎么办
