3年前有一次超速驾照扣了3分，30英里开了34-35左右。还需要在入籍表格上写吗？
这事不该问坛子里的朋友，这事应该看表格上问的是几年前。
表格和Guide上面都没有写明需要几年前，所以来问。
如果是 Fixed Penalty Notices (such as speeding or parking tickets)写出来也不会影响你的申请，因为 do not form part of a person’s criminal record and will not be considered in the caseworker’s assessment of character unless:
• the person has failed to pay and there were criminal proceedings as a result; or
• the person has received numerous fixed penalty notices.
其他的那应该是要都写出来的。但是，booklet 里也给出了会不会refuse的依据：
A non-custodial offence or other out of court disposal that is recorded on a person’s criminal record
Application will normally be refused if the conviction occurred in the last 3 years.

按照法律规定，你的这个记录是会在你的驾照上记录4年时间的。只要在你的驾照记录上，你在申请的时候就必须填写出来。然而这并不是说你的申请会被拒绝。只要你不是经常出现这样的违法行为，申请一般不会有问题。
