一年前准备签证时许下愿，如果签证过了，一定上来分享经验，忙忙碌碌过了一年，今天终于有时间静下来跟大家说说，这也算是还原贴了。

第一次递签之前写商业计划，各种各样的资料前前后有准备了一个多月，之后天天办公室等电话面试，结果悲剧了。原因是少了一个文件，好吧，资料补齐第二次递，第二次递刚好赶上过年放假，节后终于等来电话来了，以为是电话面试，却是通知让去北京面试。

说说面试，个人觉得面试跟20万投资移很像，因为我有一个20万投资移准备问题的list，差不多全在上面了。时间有些久有些记得不是很清楚，我把所有问题列出来，希望有帮助。
1，What was the last time you traveled to UK?

  1. What was the last time you exited the UK?

  2. What was the purpose of stay?

  3. Do you have any relatives in the UK?

  4. Who helped you put up the application?

  5. How many consultants you consulted?

  6. Who wrote the B.Plan?

  7. What is your position in the company?

  8. What business does this company do(deals in)?

  9. Who is funding your business? The company direct

  10. What understanding do you have towards the investment with the investor?

  11. Will the payment be paid before audited accounts or after? Then payment will be paid before audited.

  12. When will you return the investment obviously its not given to you forever?

  13. What is your business plan about? (explain the business)

  14. Why this business?

  15. Do you have any experience in the relevant field?

18 ) What part of UK do you intend to establish this business?

  1. Why specifically this area why not somewhere else?

  2. How many employees do you intend to recruit at the start of business?

  3. What salaries and wages do you intend to pay them?

  4. Will your premises require security?

  5. What type of security? (CCTV or guard)

  6. What will you pay the guard? 25) What will you pay the security company?

  7. Do you require a manager for company ?

  8. They don’t come cheap what salary would you pay him?

28 ) Where did you come up with these figures? 29) What type of business premises you require?

  1. What dimensions would your premises have?

  2. Would you mortgage ,Lease, freehold or Rent it?

  3. What is the Business rate , explain the business rate for your chosen business and area?

  4. What sort of Insurance do you require for your business?

  5. How much will be the Insurance?

  6. How much will your utilities cost monthly and yearly?

  7. Please state the break down of the utilities?(How much for what)

  8. What is the running cost of your business?

38 ) Will you register your business?

  1. Where and what bodies will you register your business with?

  2. Will you register your company with companies house?

  3. Would you then sell its shares to public and for how much?

  4. What is high tax?

  5. What is VAT threshold? 44) Your company requires movement of items?

  6. How will you manage that?

  7. What will you pay to logistics company?

  8. Will you be importing and exporting goods?

48 ) How much is the freight to China from your nearest port?

  1. What will you pay your freight company for transferring goods from your premises?

  2. What will you for the container of 40ft to be sitting at delivery point?

  3. How much business would you generate in first year?

  4. This is a new business I take the forecast is assumptions rather then projections?

  5. There is serious competition is the specified business area, there are people doing business brilliantly, What makes you think you will survive or thrive?

  6. What advantage or edge would you have over them?

  7. How would you purchase your goods?

  8. Will you collect them?

  9. How will you sell them offshore?

58 ) There are figures I cant understand, how have you come up with them, What do you have to say about that?

  1. Where do you see Yourself/Business in three years time?

  2. That is all for the interview, Do you intend to add something more to that?
