我中国护照是只有first name,入籍纸上把first name分开成first name 和middle name了，申请英国护照就通不过，请问有什么解决办法吗？入籍纸上的信息能改吗？

我刚帮我儿子帮英国护照就遇到了类似的情况，他的birth cert上first name当初就是两个字分开写的（chinese format）， 但是中国护照上是连着的（english format），其实我们生活里都知道按照英国名字的方式写两个字连着，但是到了申请英国护照就不行了，因为不允许你的他国护照和和birth cert上名字format不一样（identity fraud），即便这是我们中国cultrue没有middle name这么一说，passport office就告诉我要么改中国护照要么改出生纸，我们都打算等中国护照年底到期不要了反正不打算续，我最后只能费老大劲通过local counci递申请到General Register Office 更改儿子的birth cert，而且还的提供解释为什么会错，提供证据小孩出生前后那段时间名字是怎么使用的，不然不会批你的，你就等着改名deed poll吧，那就更麻烦了。光这个birth cert correction就等了了6-7周。
Deed poll 改名字很容易的，是入籍纸改名字很难办的。不知道只改deed poll 行不行？

How long you take to notify record holders of your name change
Secondly, when you receive your Deed Poll documentation, you need to execute it (sign and date your Deed Poll document before an independent witness such as a friend, neighbour or work colleague).
