Residential Secure Income Plc (“ReSI”) is a new UK REIT to be premium listed on the London Stock Exchange ReSI will invest in residential asset classes that comprise the stock of UK social housing providers (i.e. Housing Associations and Local Authorities): ─ Shared ownership housing ─ Market rental housing ─ Functional housing for tenants with specialist requirements ─ Sub-market rental housing Target initial raise of up to £300 million ReSI will target, on a fully invested and geared basis, a secure, long-dated, inflation-linked dividend yield of 5.0% p.a. (paid quarterly) and a total return in excess of 8.0% p.a.
