有一笔钱想投资，100K 以下。已经有buy to let，所以不想再投资一个贷款的。买二线城市的打理又麻烦。看到一些宾馆房间的投资，可以买一个房间，lease hold。不用打理每年还可以拿回报。看起来不错，但是又担心 too good to be true. 请问有人对这方面有经验吗？是不是有陷阱要注意的？谢谢！
