我是永居，老公中国国籍，孩子国内生，我把孩子带到英国，是申请什么签证啊？family visit ,dependent 还是可以直接申请永居？感谢各位大神的指点

10年前是可以的，不知道现在有没有变动。直接在国内申请，不需要面试，递交申请之后得到一张入境visa，有效期3年，但是上面有标注一行字，“indefinite leave to enter” 官方解释就是 身处境外时获得的永居，通常是大使馆签发的，

你可以看下你的永居卡上写的是indefinite leave to remain，这是在英国境内获得的永居卡的意思。使馆签发的这个visa卡有效期3年可以理解为3年内必须入境，3年内没有入境的话需要重新申请，然后visa卡作废，但是上面的那行字不作废，就是永居的意思。

肯定不能直接申请永居。应该是申请dependant！
