印花税1120，产权登记等杂费
主要多的是land tax 1120，真正律师费那部分差不多1100.
第一次买房这个费用不用交吧？

这个政策已经实施了吗
A permanent change to the initial stamp duty threshold for first time buyers means that anyone buying their first home won’t be liable for stamp duty if the purchase price is below £300,000. Further relief is available for purchases up to £500,000 to help first time buyers in more expensive locations such as London.
The relief applies from 22 November 2017 to purchases of residential property for £500,000 or less, provided the purchaser intends to occupy the property as their only or main residence.
谢谢。除了律师费，还有很多其他费用不了解。land tax后来免掉了，增加了几项收费，总共还是差不多。
好多附加费用啊 我们没有那些费用 我们的是和之前给定金的时候的算的费用一样的反正
律师拿到的钱就是professional fee那下面的那几项，一共1000多一点，已经算便宜了。加上其它费用(不包括stamp duty)，一共是2000左右。
