你这个担心是多余的，房子的文件上面都会有注明的，左边或者右边的是你的，你可以问你的律师来确认。
我记得通常右面是你的
一般房子的boundary图会标出那个fence是你的。
如果fence是隔壁的隔壁不愿意换成高fence(或者所有权不清楚)，你在你的这边再加一个fence没有任何问题。
房子材料里有写，我家是我们拥有左边的，

貌似你的邻居 只能建议。理论上如果邻居嫌弃你的fence破旧，他自己可以重新erect 一道新的fence
第三附图里 那两扇高的fence应该是你的 房东是不是指的是这两块？
能发个google map吗
高的是你的，你可以跟邻居商量换高的，如果邻居不同意你就照成龙大哥说的，自己在自己这边加一层。
