7月19号10年永居面签过了，十分感谢这里的朋友们的帮助，小弟有两个问题依旧十分困惑，之前有发帖子问过，但是没有得到肯定的答案：
背景介绍：
1，十年永居之前小弟拿的是t2签证，老婆拿的是t2 dependant（2020年7月到期），老婆在19年9月就可以签10年永居了。
2，孩子16年出生，一开始就没打算给他拿英国身份，所以在申请永居前两个月给孩子办了中国护照，等着拿到永居给他办理英国签证
问题：
1，小弟十年永居拿到后，t2按理说应该已经过期了，我的理解是老婆的t2 dependant也过期了，所以要马上给他换flr(m), 之前咨询过一些朋友，有两种回答：
1），不需要换flr(m),可以一直拿t2 dependant签证到明年申请10年永居
2），需要换，因为我走的是10年永居途径，而不是t2 5年永居途径，如果是后者则可以不需要换flr(m)
想在这里double check一下，到底需不需要换，我有读dependant guidance, 里面有写：
. If the main migrant changes employer or educational institution, and is therefore issued with a new certificate of sponsorship and applying for leave to remain to work or study under their new
sponsor, dependants do not have to apply with them for leave to remain. Instead PBS dependants can remain in the UK until the end of the validity period of their existing PBS dependant leave. They can later apply for leave to remain to bring their leave in line with the leave of the PBS migrant.
但是这里并没有说如果main migrant变成永居了该怎么办。。。。
2，孩子可以直接申请flr(m)吗？可以单独申请吗？我only apply了flr(m),选的child, 直接报错说不可以申请flr(m), 完了自动转到flr(fp)的页面
Use form FLR(M) if your parent has permission to stay in the UK (‘limited leave to remain’):
as a partner settling in 2 years
as a partner settling in 5 years
Use form FLR(FP) if your parent has permission to stay in the UK (‘limited leave to remain’):
as a partner settling in 10 years
as a parent settling in 5 years
as a parent settling in 10 years
on the basis of their private life (10 year route)
我读了好几遍上面这句话。。。实在是没读懂。。。。。
然后我又读到以下一段话：
You can apply for limited leave to remain as a PBS Dependant if you meet the criteria set out in this
guidance and the Immigration Rules and you are:
• the family member of a person with, or applying for, leave under Tier 1, 2, 4 or 5 of the Points
Based System; or
• the spouse or partner of a person with indefinite leave to remain or British Citizenship who last
held leave in Tier 1, 2, or 5 of the Points Based System and you do not yet qualify for indefinite
leave to remain; or
• the child of a person with indefinite leave to remain or British Citizenship who last held leave in
Tier 1, 2, or 5 of the Points Based System and:
o your other parent does not yet qualify for indefinite leave to remain; and
o you last held leave as PBS Dependant granted on or after 9 July 2012.
难道要给我孩子申请t2？因为我with indefinite leave to remain who last held leave in Tier 2? 而且照这个蓝色的话的逻辑的话，如果我可以在我换成永居之后还能给我老婆申请我之前t2的dependant签证的话，她的签证应该不会过期？
啊啊啊啊啊啊好晕啊。。。。。。到底什么才是正确答案？
