南瓜 500克
咸蛋黄 4个
鸡粉 1克
油 45ml
方法:
- 南瓜去皮去籽后切成手指粗细的南瓜条
- 把南瓜条装入盘中和4个咸蛋一起蒸15-20分钟至南瓜熟透
- 把蒸熟的咸蛋浸入冷水中5分钟冷却,去壳去蛋白
- 碾碎咸蛋黄
- 热锅后加油45ml,炒香咸蛋黄,加鸡粉1克调味
- 倒入蒸熟的南瓜,与咸蛋黄炒拌均匀后出锅

Oil 3 tablespoon
Method:
- Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, then cut into finger-size
strips - Place pumpkin strips in a plate and steam for 15-20mins along with
4 salted eggs untill pumpkin is cooked through - Soak steamed eggs into cold water for 5mins to cool down, then
peel the eggs and remove egg white - Smash egg yolks in a bowl with a spoon
- Heat a pan, add oil 3 tablespoons, saute egg yolk, add 1/4
teaspoon chicken broth powder - Add steamed pumpkin and stir well with egg yolk, dish out.
