房子的窗户还是单层的，想都换成双层的，有7个，是不是窗户框也要一起换掉？不知道大概价格是多少呢，和窗户大小也有关系吧？

这些都是local公司换的，其他连锁门窗公司salesman来你家招生意有佣金，只会更贵

理论上找个所谓大公司也许可以有一点点儿保障？

装窗子的人需要fensa qulified，没有fensa (或者equivalent)证书，不满足building regulation，理论上来说council可以让你恢复原样。

麻烦你也给楼主一些概念，大概要多大的公司多少价位的窗才能满足你的理想主义，不比怼我用便宜local公司更有面子么
这些double glazing的大公司的sale trick臭名昭著，而且所有公司都是一个套路，好像都是从Anglian学出来的。 
其实那些大公司自己有工厂而且规模大，价格完全可以比小公司低，但利润太高所以把价格抬高了。 
文字很容易误会，每个人当然喜欢物美价廉，我自始至终完完全全没有怼你的意思
多说一嘴，如果是老式的房子，如果窗框是铸铁金属的，甚至有石头的，换的时候要注意。因为有时候这样的窗户在年深日久后就变成了承重结构的一部分。这种情况你如果没注意可能会在换了窗户后导致墙面的移动和裂缝。当然，如果只是塑钢窗或者木窗就没事儿。
