Steamed Dungeness crab:
- Brush the crab all over
- Place the crab in a plate, add ginger slices 15g and cooking wine 1 tablespoon

Brown Sugar Ginger Tea:
- In a pot, add water 1L, ginger slices 50g and brown sugar 3 tablespoons
- Boil for 30mins
Crab Dipping Sauce:
- In a bowl add : minced ginger 20g, light soy sauce 2 tablespoons, vinegar 1 tablespoon, brown sugar 1 teaspoon, and steamed crab juice accumulated in the plate 2 tablespoons, mix well

- 加盖煮30分钟

- 碗中加姜末20克,生抽30ml,醋15ml,红糖5克,和蒸螃蟹时盘中积的汁30ml,拌匀备用
蒸螃蟹,要把螃蟹 肚皮朝天 摆放,汁水蟹黄才不会流出来。
