如题,中介推荐了个律师,我们的情况比较简单,first time buyer,就是自有资金+贷款,没有从国内运钱;
所以感觉可能用哪个律师都差不多,中介的说不定可以快些?因为跟中介提了想尽快入住;
之前银行办理AIP的时候,银行工作人员也说了他们有律师推荐,给看了好多,报价从880-1400不等;
在论坛各种看帖子之后知道要问律师是否在银行的panel里面,除了这点,能帮看下律师的这个报价吗?之前银行也没细说他们的律师报价是纯律师费还是什么,结果中介的律师报价发了一系列东东~ 还有,之前论坛提到个看中介评价的网站,一下子找不到了,好心人能再说下吗,跪谢~

As part of my service I allow clients to contact me on my mobile, out of normal office hours, including at weekends. I charge no extra for this.
