夏天已至,回想起去年海边疯狂捕获马鲛鱼的场景,还历历在目,异常激动,马鲛鱼好吃,但是今天分享一个清淡的吃法,简便易行。
把马鲛鱼,去头去尾去骨去内脏,洗净盐腌半小时,裹薄粉油炸至表面发脆, 再切至小段,把调制好的黑椒酱汁淋之表面,再加上切好的tomato salsa(把小洋葱和去皮的西红柿切成小丁,再加上小紫苏叶),口感清香,抵消了油炸的油腻,同时保留了油炸的酥脆,大家可以在家尝试,enjoy!
