我家目前有一套房产,夫妻双方名字都在房本上,这时如果我们打算在伦敦买另一套房子的话,我们是否应该先把原房产改名,去掉一个人,然后以另一个人的名字去买新房?换句话说:印花税要求中的“第二套房”是以家庭为单位还是以个人为单位?
如果房产改名可行的话,相关费用和流程是什么样的?

而且如同楼上说的,回头复婚人家分分钟认定你是逃税,这里是英美法系,不是大陆法系,除非你能让法官相信你们这中间没有逃税的意图
英国法律和中国完全不一样,不是条文法,法官认定你是逃税你就是逃税。

这个第一套房子,是必须自住吗?如果第一套房子是用来出租,是不是购买时也享受印花税优惠,30万磅以下免印花税?
新增买房3% extra stamp duty是避免不了的, 如果楼主连3%的extra stamp duty的都没信心赚回来,为何执意要投资房产呢:D
