因为疫情关系，UKVI开发了个新app，对于以前采集过指纹的申请者，可以用新的app照照片而不必亲临按指纹拍照
不过这个app还没影儿呢。说是在8月份分批开放，一直都说没有确定日期
这个意思是说只要之前有过指纹记录，就不必去了
我收到了同样的邮件。静等APP。

邮件上写了嘛，两个if条件需要满足，一、你以前录过指纹，二、HO评估后认为你不用再去现场录一遍了，至于评估标准是什么就没人知道了。

我重新看了申请表格，没有地方问是否按过指纹等等。所以问home office 应该有记录谁按过的吧。
你说的“邮件上写了嘛，两个条件”，哪里的邮件？是UKVCAS的邮件吗？我看了没有提到关于两个条件的。UKVI也没有说到这个。
据我所知T4的续签都收到了等app拍照的邮件，其他签证不知道，请懂的人解答
HO和UKVCAS的网站上的通告都有写明，收到的邮件里有链接指向HO的通告。
希望app快点上线啊
