还有就是国内公司名字并没有在我的BANKSTATEMENT上显示出来，只是显示“国际汇款" 字样. 而且每个月收到的工资数额还不是固定的。因为公司是按照人民币根据当天的汇率转换后的数额寄。
我该怎么办呢？
基本上说，如果你现在在英国，你也在英国工作。那你只能按照英国的工资来算！不能加入中国的工资！
如果你愿意用中国的工资，中国的银行来算的话，那就要按照在中国的条件申请，而现在新的HSMP还没有在海外实施，你就要等！
If you have lived and worked in more than one country during the past 15 months we will normally assess your income over a 12-month period against the country where you have spent the longest period, on a pro-rata basis. For example we consider a period of up to 12 months in the last 15, so that if you have spent 8 of the months in the United Kingdom and 4 in Nigeria, we will take your earned income in the United Kingdom, divide it by eight and multiply it by 12 to give an annual income figure. 看来你是在找工作吧，其实IGS和Fresh telent是一样的，是为了方便毕业学生能够在英国找工作而特别设立的签证形式，不过呢，看起来是方便了留学生，不过呢，一般的公司看到你的签证类型或者申请者需要wp的时候往往都不会给工作的机会，这也就是很多来应留学生毕业以后的困扰所在。
不过，想要告诉各位找工作的朋友，特别是在igs, fresh telent这些签证情况下，不要看到permanent job就望而却步，当看到申请表中有要求填写是否需要
work permit的时候，要填写no… 因为在当下签证的情况下你的确是可以full time工作而不需要wp. 等面试过后，工作了，签证的问题再慢慢解决！可以到时候选择hsmp 或者由公司出面办理wp…当然面试中，要能够从容的回答有关于签证的问题，不要把签证的事情搞得很严重。。。。。。

再来说说你的问题，如果你这15个月中都一直在英国，没有在中国工作的话（你这段期间回国了吗？如果你回国了，那还是有一定的嫌疑），如果没有回国，那你的情况说得通的。
你所要做的，就是证明你在国内的这部分工资是什么公司付给你的，以及如何付给你的。
建议：1- 你要国内的公司给你出具正式书信证明，证明你的工作职位，工作性质以及相关的工资支付问题，支付的方式（比如账单上所显示的名称）和日期等。也同时要指出为什么（当日汇率）每月进帐的工资数额不一样。
2- 完整的pay slips (最好按照英国pay slip方式），方便h o清楚明白的了解你的工资收入，税收，总收入等情况。
3 - 英国bank statement, 建议在中国的那笔工资进帐 hight light， 同时方便尼公司在出具的证明信上解释。
当然，我对你的情况都是一知半解，只能针对问题回答问题。可是具体的情况还是要你自己把握。做到尽量完善，保证资料的真实性，准确性~

还有一个问题， 是不是现在的年龄证明 只需要有PASSPORT就可以了，不再需要出生证明之类的。
我之所以这样说，是因为看到TIER1 申请表格中，AGE ASSESSMENT部分说：
G2. Please tick the relevant boxes to indicate what evidence has been supplied
Current passport or travel document []
If the applicant has confirmed at question C6 that they have not been able to provide their current passport or travel
document they should provide one of the following documents
