因为疫情回国，让电工去两个朋友家去取总计2400磅，结果电工以此耽误他工作为由，敲诈330磅，否则不给certificate，遇到这样的情况怎样呢？因为他去取钱之前，也没有说明会有这个费用。如果不给，现在他又拿到2400 磅了，工作又没有完成。我需要买mybuiler 上这个保险么？

Ok so as it stands- 2 properties have been completed.
The last property still requires a light fitting and some containment to be installed.
Thankyou for arranging the money owed for me as you have done with your associates .
However-
This sequence of events has left me in a financially negative situation:
If I had known that I had to collect money from east London-Chelmsford
And central west London-
(And this was not at all simple either!)
Costing me the time/ petrol/ and loss of other Booked in work.
3 full days I have lost because of this situation!
I would have included this in the price range f I had known.
It is not that I do not believe your situation, or that you are in China or not.
With All due respect- it is not down to me to collect money !from locations sited nearly 100miles away from eachother- and also know where near the job I was working for you.
You should have had this planned
Because of this whole situation
It has massively disrupted my schedule.
And I will now feel this back log - probably up until Christmas now.
I am asking you kindly to compensate me for my time and travel .
I am a very fair man.
Remembering I have a business to run.
My bill to you for these 3 days is £330
On receipt of payment I can finish and issue your certification as previously agreed.
