我现在遇到问题请教，由于是出租房现在在疫情期间我没有亲自上门去看，中介帮忙照了些照片给我。主要是加建处（平顶）卧室，天花板和窗户周围发霉严重。房子的其他地方也出现了一些不同程度的发霉。
中介找的人看后，给我的邮件如下：
Kitchen :- Appeared free of mould, extractor hood is recirculation not vented not sure an extractor would help would help, would need to be 6” for a kitchen
Bedroom (extension)

black mould spores visible indicating condensation , needs the ceiling opening up to see if there is insulation above.

Black mould spores around the window reveals indicates cold bridging. Remove plasterboard reveals and replace with insulated plasterboard reveals

Wall by wardrobe, probably lack of ventilation, needs to be tested for cold spot

Tumble Dryer in vicinity (Vented) but additional extraction may be required
Top of Stairs :- Black mould spores around the window reveals :- Cold bridging
Bedroom 1 : Water dripping from reveals, broken roof tile, needs further investigation, probably the bitumen roof felt is perished
Bedroom 2 : 1) Black mould spores on ceiling, the property has tight eaves that are unlikely to have insulation and therefore cold spots will form.
2)Evident condensation on bottom of glass window panel. :- evident high moisture content in property.
Bathroom : light black mould spores around vent :- Requires extractor fan, also tight eaves will negate the possibility of insulation ( Cost £220)
