关于full replacement of roof 是不是包括以下的具体工作？ 请教一下这些是全面的吗？会不会有什么他们没有cover.没有提到tile 是什么材料的，一般新款的是不是concrete 的？还有关于vent tile 这个会包括的吗？ 还是可能会另外计价？多谢！
