Head of Business Development

Job Description

TB Accountants is looking for someone who will assist us in shaping and developing an outreach sales strategy within the Business Development function, undertaking market analysis to fully understand the addressable target audiences, and proactively identifying new leads via the external promotion.

If you are a driven, experienced and professional business development manager who is adept at identifying new markets and business development opportunities.

>> Responsibilities:

· Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets across all new and existing accounts

· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets and expand the company’s customer base

· Create, Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

· Responsible for identifying leads and securing new business opportunities

· Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives

·Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

· Understand category-specific landscapes and trends in the industry

· Recruit, train, and motivate a new sales division as per the business plan

· Build effective working relationships, ensure a continual pipeline of business development opportunities, lead conversion of opportunities including onboarding and managing day to day relationships.

· 5+ years sales leadership skills

· Business fluency in a second language is highly desirable

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

· Experience with Hubspot as a CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management tool

Client Relations Manager - Accountancy Practice

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager (Accountancy Practice) to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing account management for a portfolio of clients.

>> Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of clients (mainly small and medium business)

· Develop and implement effective strategies and plans that align with client issues and priorities

· Ensure client service requests are fulfilled

Senior Practice Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Practice Accountant with strong practice accountancy experience to join our team.

> > Responsibilities:

· Perform daily activities of statutory reporting for Accounts, Bookkeeping, VAT Returns, Personal & Business Tax Returns, payroll, Business Health checks, Basic Tax Planning to be reviewed by partners and providing general financial advice to the clients

· Liaising and filing Companies House and HMRC documents such as iXBRL accounts, CT600, self-assessment tax returns and confirmation of statements on client’s behalf

· Assisting partners in administering the practice in terms of dealing with clients’ queries, job planning and helping tax investigations

· Be the final reviewer on most year-end and other compliance work and will have responsibilities for delivery and explaining the accounts to the client

· Overseeing the work of, and support junior members of the team, and ensuring a quality service is delivered and clients’ needs are represented

>> Key competencies:

· ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 5 years’ experience in a UK based accountancy practice

· Strong knowledge of VT, Xero, BTC, Moneysoft payroll

· Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and accounting standards applicable to small and medium business

· Ability to plan and multi-task when required working under pressure

· Contact and qualify potential international clients through a consultative sales approach

We are looking for Marketing Executive (Chinese speaking) with solid experience in Marketing/ Social Media Marketing to join our team.

>> Responsibilities:

· Execute and manage campaigns via all channels, including social media, monitoring and measuring engagement

· Allocate and report on the follow up of leads through to conversion

· Deliver direct marketing campaigns to attract new supporters

· Take a bold approach to innovation to find new ways to attract new supporters

· Create and write articles for company website and social media channels

· Able to conduct 360 marketing strategy

· Develop social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness

· Manage and maintain the company website with the right content - blogs, banners, visuals and improving SEO

Job Description

TB Accountants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and engaging HR professional to join. With the recent growth of the company, there is a need to boost the HR function and therefore this is a part-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:30.

>> Responsibilities:

· Involved in staff recruitment coordination, arranging and setting up interviews

· Processing new starters and leavers and ensuring all relevant compliance is on file and up to date

· Employee welfare and training

· Employee database and HR system

· Company policy and performance management

· HR operation - Set up standard operating procedure, Review and update policies and handbook

· Sound H&S knowledge and keep up to date with current legislation

· Time attendance management and administer employee payroll
