开学还不到一周 昨晚先是鼻塞 后来流鼻涕 学校newsletter明确说这些药需要留家里 测试negative后才能上学 今天准备就去拿self-test kits了 听说要捅鼻子的 大家有自己捅过的吗 是不是很难受啊。。。
不会难受，就是棉签棒先抵着咽喉处10秒，同一根棉签再抵着鼻腔壁10秒就好
去年测过，鼻腔咽喉，小领导表示很难受，还好就10秒。
肯定不舒服，我家孩子去年测过一次，得稍微用点暴力…
今年的家庭自测我不准备测孩子了，光捅大人吧
哈哈哈，你们为什么要捅呢？棉签轻轻抵住咽喉鼻腔位置不动，然后横向滚动轻轻划拉一下10秒就好了啦，我小孩测两次了没表示哪里不舒服呀
你孩子大了能自己尽量不动吧？对于小孩子来说，抵住鼻腔根本就不可能，孩子肯定会乱动
我自己测了两次都觉得很难受，棉签碰扁桃体会有呕吐感
要是婴儿到1，2岁的小孩子那就没得说了
请问这个自己在家做的测试是不是做完后一会就出结果 不用再post出去等好几天出结果吧？谢谢
反正我跟我老公都抑制不住呕吐反射，只要棉签碰到扁桃体肯定得动。捅鼻子稍微好点，能忍住，不过也不舒服。
不觉得难受的话是不是没碰对地方？

扁桃体太难了 搞了几次都搞不了 一碰到孩子舌头直接条件反射敲上去 污染了棉签。。。
你孩子太强了！ 我们家扁桃体太敏感了 我们实在搞不了 instead捅了2个鼻孔

我棉签就轻轻抵着扁桃体10秒不动，测出来结果是感染了新冠，小孩也是
self-test kits 去哪里要？在网上可以order吗？能不能给个链接？查了gov.uk的网站没有可以寄到家里的啊
你家附近的test centre 有拿 一次14个
分两种
（1） 有症状者：对于有新冠三大症状的，或者最近政府公布的鼻塞流鼻子等wider symptms 的(我们local council规定的，可能每个地区不一样），需要就近去testing center 或者网订home test kits （PCR test, 收到后，是需要自己采样后邮寄出去的）

【我们council网站上说： Recently people have also been testing positive with a wider set of symptoms:
- diarrhoea
- a persistent headache
- fever and chills
- shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- fatigue
- muscle or body aches
- sore throat
- congestion or runny nose
- nausea or vomiting
If you have any of these wider symptoms, you should get a test. If your result is positive you and your close contacts must self-isolate.
The test booking system will ask why you are booking a test. When you book a test for any of these wider symptoms, you should choose the ‘you’ve been asked to get a test by a local council’ option.-----以上PCR test链接上有说到这点。 最好查一下你们local council的要求，看是否wider symptom 的人也必须做PCR test】
(2) 无症状者：就近testing center 或者网订 rapid lateral flow home test kits, 收到自测后30分钟后出结果，无需post到lab
