收到一封planning部门发来的信，大概是什么意思呢？我英语也不是很好，请大家帮忙翻一下，这样我才知道怎么做。谢谢大家:pray:

1 Please annotate your drawing with existing/ pre-existing or proposed to scale of 1:50 or 1:100 to print size A3/A4 with a scale bar.

2 Please provide existing floor plans to scale of 1:50 or 1:100 to print size A3/A4 with a scale bar. We need to see the pre-existing plans to contrast with existing plans submitted but should also include the scale bar, which must be to print size & with a scale bar.

要你提供图纸。有比例要求，扩建前后的平面图。自己不会操作找人帮你画下（一般这种小的工程找当地房产律师或中介问下）。也可以去council planning主页搜下同一个post code 其他房子planning permission 申请表，都附有信中提到要画的图。如果有跟你类似的，直接下载稍微改下就行。

请用标尺(1:50或1:100 的比例)标注你的扩建图纸，包括以前的，现在的和计划做的扩建。需用A3或A4纸打印。
请提供扩建地面的计划，以同样比例用A3或A4纸打印并且带有标尺。我们需要以前的扩建计划，用以对比这次提交的扩建计划，均需带标尺打印。
