We are looking for someone keen to get stuck in at this exciting stage of the brands development.
It is a very varied role so someone eager to develop their skills across many different tasks.
The candidate should be happy to work independently and plan their own workload.
Main Tasks:
-Looking after our google PPC/adwords account to ensure it is performing well and making changes to reflect seasonal campaigns or sales
-Creating the monthly sales reports and reporting back to the directors on profit, margin and best and worst sellers.
-Managing the website on a day to day basis including uploading products, managing discounts, and merchandising the site. Communicating with the platform providers should any issues arise
- Using Google Analytics to measure, track and improve performance
-Planning the marketing and promotion calendar for upcoming email campaigns and sales or discounts
-Managing the graphic designers workload for the email newsletters and any other graphics needed.
-Communicating with the external Social Media media agency
-Reporting back to the designer on best and worst sellers to inform future direction.
-Planning order quantities from the factory for future seasons.
-Sourcing and communicating with the other wellness brands we stock, ensuring we are achieving the best margin and arranging replenish orders.
-Being the main point of contact for wholesale stockists regarding their seasonal orders and top ups. Adding their orders to our online system.
-Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
-We do occasionally attend B2C and B2B events over the weekend where the whole team helps out.
- Mandarin is preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
