先查查home insurance 有没有cover roof的相关内容. 具体里面是否包括leaking.
然后找几个当地做roofing的约时间来quote一下. 在电话里描述一下你的问题, 有时他们嫌活太小会直接教你如何自己解决.
你能不能确定你的瓦片没事？
不能确定，也不太懂自己怎么查看。

那样就是可以走claim, 但是如果是几十, 一百镑就能解决的问题, claim完以后每年保险费都会涨, 不一定划算. 而且你保险规定这样的claim需要支付excess吗？

For some claims, you’ll pay a different excess depending on the cover you’ve chosen:
£350 for claims relating to escape of water.

找专业人员看看吧, 一般都是看完free quote的, 换我200镑以内不会选择claim. claim完保险下一年会涨, 之后降得很慢
如果到了滴水的程度，说明瓦片有损坏或者其他问题导致瓦片需要更换或者重新铺。
像上面说的，简单修补felt不能从根本上解决问题。
