请问leasehold 可以自己找人检查吗？ 还是必须跟freeholder要新的EPC？真不巧怎么偏偏现在过期？ 谢谢

可以的，几天就下来了很快的，也不贵
不大可能是EPC的原因，lender明确告诉你是EPC expire的原因了吗？随便找个中介，大概70多镑，当天就会给你个新的。
找个EPC公司，一两天就可以拿到。不需要通过freeholder，租客都可以找人做。
没有有效的EPC，是没办法批贷款的，也不允许出租。

Valuer comments: There is no EPC rating available. The after works figure assumes legal advisor confirmation that the property has a minimum of E rating, or an exemption registered on the National PRC Exemptions Register.
If the application is to proceed and the Valuer has noted that additional reports are required, you’ll need to obtain these and send on to us for review.
直接做一个EPC就可以，几十磅把。
