也不是很大,700K,主要还有就是万一过几年想卖,第二套房会有capital gain tax 的问题,但是卖唯一的房子就不会有这个税,到时候虽然是以孩子的名字卖的,但我们还是有支配权的。

我没看出来first time buyer有什么用处,现在是买第二套房,stamp duty好高,楼主打算把现在唯一一套房产赠予子女,自己再去买第一套房,这样stamp duty按首套征收
