第一次出租房子，一波三折最后选中了一个临退休意大利夫妇，人看着还不错。两个人都有稳定收入并且通过了reference, report显示Medium risk。大家都有买landlord insurance或者rent gaurantee insurance吗？谢谢

Building insurance 一般是home insurance，需要你本人住里面的，住客是不在内的。这种需要landlord building insurance
买，跟房租收入比起来，根本不值一提。
