Project Coordinator job role

Duties:
The main aspect of this role is to be in control of each project:-
Once a project has been confirmed, it will be passed to the project manager in a handover meeting.

Main Job Function
Arrange and send dimension to suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers regarding project spec.
Chase suppliers to meet deadlines.
Ensure deliveries meet delivery dates.
Draft wiring diagram for customers and ensure client understands his obligations.
Advise client of install date
Request images of site before installation, if not satisfied a site visit may be required.
Possibly need to attend site on install date to make sure everything is in order.

  5. issues Quality Requirements
  6. Budget planning
    Site Survey & install date arrangement
    Hold Pre-Install Meeting
  7. Project Closure
  8. Client handover/ sign off / feedback
  9. Closure Meeting / Lesson Learnt/ Cost Reconciliation

The Ideal Candidate:
• A clear speaking confident person
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Fireworks)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Must be able to organise and manage own workflow
• Self-learner with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Knowledge in sales & marketing

Language:
• English
• Other languages would be an advantage but not essential.
