工作要求:为人大方,熟练使用Payroll Manager,中英文流利,有2年以上薪资管理会计经验。

工作内容:

  • 按时申报客户薪资资料,如: P60,P45,Pension
  • 联系客户,沟通更新员工工资信息
  • 提供客户需求的薪资信息,如: 工资单,产假等
  • 分析计算客户薪资资料
  • 协助事务所完成其他工作

优先招聘擅长粤语及有相关从业经验者。

Accountant practice now recruits for an experienced payroll accountant:

Working hr: 9:00 – 17:30

Office ads: near Birmingham China Town in the city centre

Work requirements: Friendly, experienced with Payroll Manager, flute in both Chinese and English, with 2 years’ work experiences in Payroll section.

Work description:

Submit information to external payroll providers and HMRC, eg: P60, P45, Pension

  1. Communicate with client to ensure all payroll relevant information are gathered and verified
  2. Provide required payroll information to client, eg: payslip, maternity leave
  • Analysis and approval of payroll calculation
  • Liaising with other colleagues

Skilled in Cantonese and related working experiences has extra bonus.
