Sales Executive (Online Marketplace)

Job Description
FZCO Accountants Limited is a rapidly expanding firm that specialises in International VAT, tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses which are located both internationally and in the UK. FZCO Accountants are a recommended External Tax Advisor under the Amazon Global Selling Programme which assist thousands of sellers on Amazon FBA, eBay, Shopify and many other platforms. On top of this, it provides its clients with a comprehensive range of expertise – from providing practical guidance on cross-border transactions, making sure they are fully compliant with EU regulations and ongoing tax advisory services.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive (Online Marketplace) to join us. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills as well as strong commercial acumen to proactively engage and drive new business opportunities. The role requires someone with the ability to develop existing accounts and winning new business leads. As part of this busy sales role, you will maintain the best level of service to new and existing customers. Also, you will communicate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound client queries via telephone/email and also using Zoom/Teams.
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up and attend face to face or telephone meetings
Report to the Manager
Some administrative work
Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan.

Requirements
A background in direct sales and customer service,
Ability to build productive business professional relationships, highly motivated, tenacious and target driven with a proven track record in sales,
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills,
Listing, time management and organisational skills,
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs,
Relationship management skills and positive attitude,
Business fluency in a second language (Chinese or German) is highly desirable.
