Completion day应该收到什么文件?

律师只给我发了份Letter to client confirming completion - Purchase - Headed.pdf, 只有一页。 没有signed的contract的吗?

这个应该是你在completion 之前就去签了啊?文件也不会改了

我肯定签了啊。问题是我没有拿到seller signed的contract。。。

律师答复来了:Further to your enquiry we do not currently hold any ‘seller-signed documentation’ as this is with the other solicitors and we are not able to give this out. You will however receive a copy of the title plan once registered which outlines you are the new registered owner.

This property is now completed so legally this is your property and binding in law.
跟国内的做法不太一样是吧?

反正我是什么文件都没收到。就一个电话告诉你completion完成,可以拿或者交钥匙。
交付之前会发一个completion statement给你,要转多少钱给律师。
Deed/Land registry一般过段日子会邮件给你。

本来就不一样啊,跟国内完全不一样,国内买卖房子有几个请律师的。

有个Letter confirmation已经是Bonus了,一般就是一个email,或者律师一个电话确认就完事。重点是律师主要是注册律师,就应该没什么问题。

我是电话通知后,还有个邮件恭喜。
几天之后还收到一封邮件,两张单子,买房和卖房各自的支出。最后把钱分两次打到我账上。
