最近在看房子，看中了几套公寓，就是发现EWS1的rating是B1- 意思是“ combustible materials are present in external wall，but I have concluded that in my view the fire risk (Note 8) is sufficiently low that no remedial works are required“。
想问问大家的意见，想法或者经验，觉得B1的公寓靠谱嘛？谢谢！
1.看房评报告出的机构。2.如果有其他可选，建议就不要考虑安全风险存在的情况。
另外，SW1P，大本钟附近的新公寓，会有兴趣么。有空可以沟通一下。
