可以把大树连根挖掉,外墙需要重新rendering

我见过比这树大得多,外墙也烂得多的房子。
是你花园的树可以砍了。
我旧家邻居的松树起码30米高,不过是在花园远处,离我外墙25米以外。
外墙可以修补之后重新刷masonry paint。
有预算又看不顺眼的可以直接做k-render. 直接抹上去不用刷颜色的。不过那个几年前我们这边都报价45镑一平方。现在材料上涨不知道。

我觉得树的距离可以,不用管

一看就不是什么大问题吧,有时候报告就喜欢鸡毛蒜皮的这样如果以后出什么问题可以撇清关系
