亲们，最近买房刚收到home buyer report，做得很仔细，其中有一点关于电路的想请大家看看，是否很严重，还能继续买不？因为房东明确表示不想修了，他们已经完全搬出了。

电路箱上有一个electrical installation at risk warning sticker，上面写着【You are warned that this Electrical Installation has been deemed to be ‘At Risk’. We strongly recommend that you do not use the appliance until the fault(s) have been repaired. - British Gas】。
不知这种属于严重问题吗？如果房东不处理，我买下来自己弄的话，大概要花多少钱啊，我害怕需要re-wiring那就麻烦了，不知会不会是个大隐患？有没有遇到过的亲们，还请各位大神帮忙指点一下哇，先谢过各位了！！
