It would be a great opportunity to join the project team in our Witham site, you will be dealing with one of the top 3 world leading Smartphone and Electronics Brand’s fulfilment and Pick & Pack operation. Location: Witham, Essex.

- An ‘Ice Breaker’, to helping our client for various business requirement, and to provide practical solutions.
- Been able to handle pressure during peak sales event.
- Being able to do paid overtime when needed
- Acknowledgeable Microsoft Office skill. Being familiar with spreadsheet data handling.
- Being able to help colleague practically for picking and packing.
- Without any of criminal record
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker
Daily Duties: - Finishing required minimum pick & pack orders on daily basis.
- Stock checking on requirements.
- Recording special requirements from client in the task record, submitting to project leader on requirement.
- Finalising returned product process following SOP.
- Issue tracking related to client’s customer complaints.
- Cost analyses for related services provided to clients.
Benefits: - 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Also, one extra holiday per year after 2 years of services in the company. Maximum 25 paid holiday plus bank holidays overall.

- You can finish if daily task has been finished (30 mins maximum)
- Regular Working Hours Monday-Friday 0830-1730, one hour lunch break.

参与全球前五之一的智能手机与智能穿戴设备品牌的一件代发项目是一个非常难得的经验，为确保每个团队成员都可以跟着业务脚步走， 这个岗位需要完成每日要求最低的打包订单，工作地点在Witham , Essex.

Daily Duties:
完成每日要求的最低打包单量
按需盘点库存，协助团队成员完成每日动货盘点
R记录客户的特殊需求，并汇报给项目负责人
协助团队完成退货入库和上架，并汇报给客户和项目负责人。
追踪并解决客户的买家客诉问题
Benefits:
20 天年假+8天的bank holiday。. 并且在职两年后第三年起每年增加一天的带薪假期，上限为25天
季度考核奖金以及每日考核奖金
月度考核和奖金。
若每日提前完成KPI， 则可提早最多半小时下班。
