有哪些landlord保险可以推荐吗？

没有必要买这个保险。 但是我买了axa 房东保险，主要怕房客讹我。

从来没有claim过，所以不知道到时候保险公司会不会轻松赔偿

你买保building的就行，content的不用，这样便宜点

没看有包括landlord liability 吗？万一房客死在你房子里面，摔断腿了，或者什么突发情况，讹房东怎么办？

这个还包括了building insurance。

看房子建筑价值，看你选的excess和其他optional cover 多少。 我买的一年200，300多都有。可以一次性付一年的fee，付信用卡也可以

我也这个价，难道还保死亡？

不保死亡。是万一有人在你的房子里面出现意外，告房东赔偿。房东可以claim 这个保险来赔偿啊

万一房客洗澡摔伤了，下楼梯摔了。要跟你索赔误工费，损伤费呢。就是说万一而已，当然谁都不想发生这种事

任何人不需要任何资质都可以开中介。如果你愿意，你也可以！
请问随便找个路人甲帮你管理, 你还需要买Landlord保险吗？
