The Role will cover all aspects related to property management including:

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Day to day property maintenance issues
  • Responsible to organize planned maintenance
  • To co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicable
  • Managing utility bills, invoice management and processing
  • Regular reporting to Project Management Lead
  • Organization of remedial works and safety certification
  • In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in managing luxury properties is essential
  • Delivering day-to-day property management
  • Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
  • Have an ability to multi-task
  • Be adaptable and a good team player
  • To have a strong service “ethic”
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Written and spoken Mandarin speaking is essential
