The Role will cover all aspects related to property management including:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Day to day property maintenance issues
- Responsible to organize planned maintenance
- To co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicable
- Managing utility bills, invoice management and processing
- Regular reporting to Project Management Lead
- Organization of remedial works and safety certification
- In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in managing luxury properties is essential
- Delivering day-to-day property management
- Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- To have a strong service “ethic”
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative
- Written and spoken Mandarin speaking is essential
