Job Description

We are a chinese fast growth restaurant group in Liverpool street, and need to hire skilled Chinese Dim Sum Chef

Duties and Requirements

Main duties are to take sole responsibilities for Chinese cuisine section

Prepare all of Chinese ingredient from raw material to semi ready ingredient, and to cook those raw or semi-ready ingredient to cold and hot ready to serve Chinese dishes

Monitor and control the quality of own section food production

Comply with food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Contribute to own section staff development by means of supervising, motivating and training

Responsible for own section stock taking, ordering and costing

Innovate new dishes on a regular basis

Maintain kitchen equipment and take care of waste

Work with senior chef to organise banquets, parties and other events.

Suitable candidates need to have minimum 3 years relevant cuisine working experience and working level English language communication skill is essential as well.

The candidate should have specialised skills (preferable specialised skills at least in one cuisine) including Chinese Cuisines and Dim Sum.
