申请时申请人是我的老婆和孩子，但是ukvcas让我签consent for the Home Office并没有要求我老婆签
The passport issued by China for Mrs XXX, Declaration signed by Mr XXX to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
不太明白为什么不需要我老婆签，但是文档明确说明
You (the applicant) should sign the Part 1 consent, and relevant other parties should sign Part2 and 3, where they are relevant to you application.
我的理解是我老婆和孩子各签署Part1就可以了。
请问到底该怎么签？
