初次买车,等了一个多月还未收到v5c,所以联络卖家，卖家是一间很小的二手车场，他说整份原整的v5c而经给我，我需要过户随时也可，但我不知道应该怎样做，问卖家我怎样做他已经不愿意回答我了

google一下就知道怎么办了。如果seller已经把以前的V5C给你，你要填写然后寄给DVLA：

If the seller gives you the log book
Fill in:
section 2 with your name and address if you have a new style log book (with multi-coloured numbered blocks on the front cover)
section 6 if you have the older style log book
Send your log book to DVLA.
