Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support, such as prepare attendance report and salary calculations etc.

Responsible for recruitment and selection process such as posting job advertisement, organising interviews, liaising with candidates and sourcing references and online checks ahead of interviews
-
Supporting and assisting in Human Resources initiatives and projects
-
Responsible for the production of offer letters, references, right to work checks, DBS checks, contracts and equal opportunities statistics.

Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
-
2-3 years or above of proven experience in an HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK
-
Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
-
Ability to manage your own workload
-
Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll
-
Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
-
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
-
Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
