楼下请了水暖工去他家检查。

the plumber visited as planned. It has taken a lot of work, and ended in the plumber taking down part of our ceiling to get sight of the ceiling void. He has found the leak coming down through the concrete infill by the soil pipe that passes through the floor between our two flats. In your bathroom, this is to the left of your toilet. The plumbers conclusion is that it is a leak in your bathroom, probably the toilet because of the proximity. Also, the leak speeded up when the toilet in your bathroom was flushed. But he does not know for sure. It could even be coming down from the flat above you, but that seems less likely as no sign of water damage in your bathroom.
What is clear, is the leak is not in our flat, but coming from above.
我现在已经联系了我的landlord home emergency cover，会有plumber去楼下和我家查看，确定原因。我也联系了我公寓的management company，他们说如果plumber出报告证明这个leak不是从我公寓漏的，他们负责请contractor去维修，走building insurance。
如果确实是我公寓漏水的话，我现在的landlord content insurance不保修，就要自己花钱了。
