alarm刚刚安装一年很好用，但是没有控制面板的密码，前房主签的合同是这样的：我的理解是alarm安装公司把control panel program给永久性关掉了，这样他们好每年收取service charge等等。
合同里这么写的：
The customer agrees to the Engineer having access to the Control Panel Program without the need to be Authorised by the Master User. The function has been permanently disabled
