永居卡24年12月底到期，但是准备8月份回国一趟，不知道什么时候申请更换？
如果回国之前更换，看gov网站说是过期前3个月以内可以更换？

如果等8月底从国内回来以后再换，会不会不让我离境中国或者入境英国？因为有效期少于半年了？
