The house has a shared open plan living room, kitchen – lots of light from the roof lantern and its south-facing and with underfloor heating! It’s a 8 minute walk to High Barnet Tube (Northern line) and is quietly tucked away in a cul-de-sac, away from traffic. There is also separate utility room for washing machine.
We are both female working professionals who initially met at church (St Helens) and we enjoy spending evenings watching TV or cooking meals together whilst also having our own social circles outside the house.
