I submitted the form to link evisa to my account on 28 May but have not received the decision email. Meanwhile UKVI keeps sending me email reminding me that I need to create an account and link my evisa to it, with the note “If you have already completed all of the steps to create your account and access your eVisa, you can ignore this message.”

是不是没有完全最后提交哪个link your account to eVisa? 如果提交了应该会马上收到一封Your eVisa is available to view 的邮件（实际上虽然还要等一段时间）。
应该是提交了，因为可以从gov的网站上下载已经提交的form。

我这个邮件收到2个礼拜了都view不了，只显示 “We cannot show proof of your status”。
