在德国租车10天,有一次停车的地方看了可以停,可是后来收到ticket,仔细看周围,有个栏杆上贴了张A4纸,说周围那一个星期不能停,没注意到。。。
ok,没有问题,认罚,马上就网上付了25欧元。
回来一个多月了刚刚收到租车公司Europcar的邮件,要收30欧元。我看了下就是那个停车的ticket,可是这个invoice却是要收30欧元。可是我已经付了那个25欧元罚金了啊!
写邮件跟他们说已经付了这个ticket了,他们回复说这是fine罚金。在英国都是收到ticket付钱就行了,难道租车公司有权力再罚一次?英国是没有听说过,难道德国是这样?

The invoice you received is linked to a fine, the responsible fines department will contact you or has already contacted you.
This additional fee refers to the increased expenditure, which results from the treatment of the traffic violation. EMobG Services Germany GmbH has been requested by the notified fine authority to take a position on the misconduct in road traffic or to name the responsible person. In the case of a rental car, it is assumed that the renter is also the guilty party. EMobG Services Germany GmbH is therefore legally obliged to name the renter of the respective vehicle to the authorities.
Any data transfer is carried out in strict compliance with data protection guidelines and is therefore predominantly processed manually, thereby we guarantee our customers the security of their data.

我开始以为是哪个政府部门的罚金了,后来再一看就应该是europcar给的罚金!
邮件里面的EMobG Services Germany GmbH ,一查就是europcar的公司在德国的名字,google上可以看出臭名昭著啊!
我的印象中租车公司是没有权力罚customer的,租车当中,违停/超速/闯红灯等收到罚单自己交了就可以了,怎么租车公司还来收罚金?!
